Stonehenge, a members only live music club, was located in the centre of Oxford on the third floor of a warehouse, St Michaels Hall. In the daytime the space was a ballet school, but once a week bands came and played to a limited audience of around 100 people.

I was 17 at the time, and worked saturdays in Woolworths.

Checkout the bands.....I vividly remember Ozzie and Sabbath in this small space doing their thing, it was amazing!

I can't tell you how brilliant this place and the bands that played were for this music loving  17 year old.
